The Opportunity

About Us

Posh builds AI agents that handle customer service for banks and credit unions. The agents pick up the phone and answer chats 24/7, carry on natural conversations, and complete real banking tasks from start to finish. Bank staff use the same platform to get fast, policy-safe answers from their own internal knowledge. Because every agent works from the institution's own procedures, responses stay on-policy and fully auditable.

The founders met as MIT freshmen and built Posh's original NLP out of their AI research as master's students, self-funding the company with $1M+ of their own consulting revenue before taking outside capital, years before the current wave of companies claiming to be AI-native. Today Posh has 300+ products deployed across 125+ banks and credit unions, and Citadel Credit Union credits it with $660K in annual savings.

Posh's newest products came out of its internal Labs group. Simulator trains bank employees through lifelike AI role-play, CoachQA uses AI to review every customer conversation for compliance and coaching, and Outreach sends proactive AI agents that contact customers first, with things like pre-approval offers and inactivity nudges. Together they're now the fastest-growing part of Posh's business.

Highlights

Lead the Fastest-Growing Products

Simulator, CoachQA, and Outreach came out of Posh's Labs and are now the fastest-growing part of the business. You run them hands-on from day one until the PMs you hire take them over.

Turn Three Products Into One

The Labs products live outside Posh's core platform, and folding them in is the company's top priority. That mandate is yours.

Report Directly to the CEO

You work day to day with both founders: product strategy with Karan, technical direction with Matt.

Build the Product & Design Org

Inherit a senior PM and two designers and grow the team to three PMs. You set the career ladders and craft standards for both disciplines.

Backed by Its Customers

Posh has raised $72.5M from Canapi Ventures, Curql, and bank and credit-union strategics who are also customers. The company is approaching profitability.

Candidate

Is This You?

You've turned separate products into one platform, or rebuilt one at an AI company recently. You lead by building, and your week shows it: customer calls, PRDs, AI prototypes. You make the PMs you manage better, and their careers prove it.

Your Mission

Start by running Simulator, CoachQA, and Outreach yourself. Then lead them into Posh's core platform, setting the scope and sequence and pulling engineering and stakeholders with you. The result is one platform and a product org you built to run it.

What you'll get to do

  • Lead the Platform Unification: Posh's newest products run on separate stacks outside the core platform today. Bring them into one platform: technically, commercially, and in the story customers hear.
  • Own the Labs Products: Simulator, CoachQA, and Outreach are new and moving fast. Run them directly until the team under you takes the day to day.
  • Turn Vision into Strategy: The founders have the vision and want a partner who can shape it into strategy, initiatives, and a roadmap the whole company can follow.
  • Be the Connective Tissue: The role sits where engineering, design, sales, client success, and implementation meet. You keep every function rowing in the same direction.
  • Build the Team: A senior PM and two designers report to you on day one. Grow the team to three PMs and build the career ladders and craft standards for product and design.
  • Be the Voice to the Field: Join customer and prospect calls, and make sure sales and client success always know where the product is going.

What we're looking for

  • Multi-Product or Platform Leadership: You've owned several products at once and have seen a point-product-to-platform consolidation done well, ideally from the inside.
  • B2B Enterprise Software: You've built software sold to businesses. Banking or fintech is a bonus, never a requirement.
  • AI-Pilled: You build with AI tools yourself. What matters here is what you can implement, not what your degree says.
  • A People Developer: You've managed PMs and can point to ones who got measurably better under you. Managing design is a plus.
  • Startup Gene: Ownership, hunger, resourcefulness. You'd rather move fast with limited resources than run a big process.
  • Hands-On by Design: You start as the working PM across the Labs products and build the team behind you as the products grow.

Bonus Points

  • Banking, fintech, or insurance technology, especially selling into community banks or credit unions
