The Opportunity
About Us
Twingate replaces the corporate VPN with zero trust access that is genuinely easy to use. Teams deploy globally in as little as 15 minutes with no hardware. The bet behind the company is simple: zero trust shouldn't be painful, and end users are partners, not adversaries. So the experience is the product. End users get exactly the access they need with no friction, and the lean security teams configuring it get powerful, granular control without the complexity.
That combination is rare. Most access tools force a tradeoff: developer-friendly but lightweight, or enterprise-grade but heavy and complex. Twingate aims at the underserved middle, pairing a developer-grade experience (Terraform, infrastructure-as-code) with enterprise-grade security, made for companies that need to move fast. The architecture makes secure access feel invisible by default.
It's working. Close to 4,000 businesses trust Twingate, across industries from gaming to fintech to online platforms, and the company is growing fast and profitably. Founded in 2019 by Dropbox alumni, it's still pre-IPO and small enough (~80 people, remote-first) that a new senior hire shapes the trajectory.

Candidate
Is This You?
A technical product manager who thrives in ambiguity. You pair strong PM fundamentals with genuine technical fluency: you partner deeply with engineers on technical decisions and ramp fast on new infrastructure, security, and DevOps surfaces. You have a builder's instinct for net-new 0-to-1 product, and you're energized by open-ended discovery: figuring out which problems are worth solving for a technical audience, then driving them to a shipped v1.
Your Mission
Help shape and build what Twingate does next. Partner with the Head of Product to vet, prioritize, and drive net-new product surfaces from zero to one. Example directions on the table today: securing contractor and third-party access, peer-to-peer access for engineers, and expanding internet security toward enterprise scale.
What you'll get to do
- Run Discovery: Talk to engineers, DevOps, and security admins to figure out which net-new surfaces are worth building and why.
- Set the Direction: Vet and prioritize the opportunities, then define the strategy and roadmap for the surface you own.
- Build 0-to-1: Partner with engineering to take a net-new surface from idea to a shipped v1.
- Own the Outcome: Work with go-to-market, marketing, and sales to launch and drive adoption of what you build. This is building a business within a business.
What we're looking for
- 4-7 Years PM Experience: In B2B SaaS, ideally with technical products serving engineering or DevOps personas.
- Technical Fluency: You partner deeply with engineers on technical decisions, have informed perspectives, and ramp fast on new infrastructure, security, or DevOps areas. You don't need to code, but you need to hold your own with engineering.
- 0-to-1 & Discovery: You've taken net-new products or surfaces from idea to shipped v1. You're comfortable in ambiguity and vet which opportunities are worth pursuing rather than executing a backlog.
- First Principles Thinker: You synthesize customer input into something better than what they asked for, rather than just building the feature list.
- Customer-Facing: Comfortable representing the product to enterprise customers and prospects. Can articulate a compelling vision.
Bonus Points
- Security and networking experience (DNS, zero trust, identity/SSO, MDM/EDR)
- DevOps tooling experience (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with mid-size and enterprise customers
- Home lab tinkerer who runs their own network security setup
